CADcentre was founded in 2007 to help the design professionals within the construction industry improve their workflow. Our vision is to empower architects, interior designers, and Design-Build professionals to thrive in their practice as they strive to produce better projects in less time.

What new product, showroom, initiative, or event would you like to announce to IDC members?
In the first week of October, Archicad 30 is expected to be released, bringing enhanced workflows designed to support interior designers from early concept development through to coordinated construction documentation.
Today’s interior-design clients expect faster decisions, clearer communication, greater personalization, and dependable project delivery. Archicad helps designers meet these expectations by connecting design, visualization, documentation, and collaboration within one intelligent BIM model. This allows designers to focus more on creative work and client guidance, while reducing time spent redrawing information, managing disconnected files, and reconciling revisions.
Instead of recreating the same information across multiple drawings and views, interior designers can model rooms, walls, finishes, furniture, bespoke millwork, ceilings, lighting, and materials in 3D. That same model can generate coordinated floor plans, interior elevations, sections, schedules, details, and presentation views. When a client requests a change—whether it is a revised room layout, a new finish selection, or updated cabinetry—the related documentation can be updated from the model, helping reduce repetitive work, coordination errors, and late-stage surprises.
AI adds a further layer of creativity and productivity. AI Visualizer can transform early-stage models, sketches, and text prompts into compelling concept imagery, allowing designers to explore multiple design directions, material palettes, lighting conditions, moods, and styles before committing to detailed modelling. The AI Assistant can provide in-context guidance, help users discover efficient workflows, and answer model- or software-related questions in natural language—so teams spend less time searching for information and more time designing.
Looking ahead, Archicad 30 is expected to build on an ongoing investment in AI, visualization, intelligent documentation, and efficient design workflows. While the complete official feature list has not yet been published, Archicad 30 can be positioned as an upcoming release that will make interior-design modelling, visualization, documentation, and collaboration more seamless, responsive, and productive.
