U:BY Design Workshop
mai 30 @ 10:30 am - 2:30 pm EDT

The immersive workshop developed by Decanthropy introduces underrepresented youth aged 14-17 to the interior design profession – to inspire the next generation of leaders.
Participants will develop a vision for their future by learning about design thinking and how to apply the process to creating everyday spaces and action plans for life.
The workshop will be hosted at the Main Gerrard Community Cooperative, and delivered for the Sound the Horn Mentorship, which is under stewardship of People 2 People Canada, a Toronto-based, volunteer-driven registered charity founded in 1999 that focuses on addressing social determinants of health, providing support for community health programs, and aiding vulnerable groups like orphans, particularly in Ethiopia and the Greater Toronto Area.
This program is generously funded by Scotiabank, in partnership with the Interior Designers of Canada Foundation.
