"Allure is a 4,800 sq ft, four-level residence that transforms everyday living into an experience of elegance, flow, and purposeful design. Every detail balances sophistication and functionality, creating spaces that are both luxurious and practical for modern life.

The heart of the home, the kitchen, anchored by a sage green L-shaped island, connects seamlessly to the family room while embracing expansive backyard views.

At the center, the sculptural staircase merges artistry with utility, guiding natural light through skylights and connecting all levels with smooth, flowing transitions.

The walk-in closet, a curated retreat, showcases the marriage of function and luxury, with natural light, sleek finishes, and a sculptural island creating an aspirational yet practical space."

"Vieux Montreal" by @marcbherer of @desjardinsbherer

"Dans le cœur historique du Vieux-Montréal, une maison de ville sur quatre niveaux fait l’objet d’une métamorphose discrète mais radicale.

L’intervention la plus déterminante — et la plus libératrice — fut l’élimination de la cheminée centrale. Cette structure verticale, qui contenait le foyer et les conduits de ventilation des trois étages supérieurs, obstruait les perspectives et fragmentait les espaces.

Au centre du projet s’élève un escalier sculptural, véritable colonne vertébrale de la maison. Conçu sur mesure, il marie une structure en métal patiné à des marches en chêne blanc, créant un équilibre entre solidité industrielle et chaleur organique."
