Applications now open for IDC’s Trade Mission to HostMilano 2025.
HostMilano is the international exhibition dedicated to the world of food service and hospitality taking place Oct. 17 – 21, 2025 in Milan, Italy.
Now in its 44th edition, HostMilano is an international hub active all year round that brings professionals together, constantly monitors all the sector’s supply chains and consumer styles, presents in-depth analysis of current issues, best practices, international scenarios, produces news and global observatories, organises webinars and events all over the world.
This year don’t miss Bakery Square, a brand-new arena entirely dedicated to the art of baking, where the passion for bread-making comes alive through scents, flours, and fermentations. This special area, created in collaboration with the SIPAN Consortium and other industry associations, will be a go-to destination for professionals and enthusiasts alike, immersed in creativity and cultural buzz.
High-level competitions, technical and creative workshops, and unique opportunities to learn, share, and challenge oneself will take place here.
The show is visited by 200,000 professionals in the industry from 171 countries.
IDC trade missions are funded by international trade agencies and often sponsored in part by manufacturers and suppliers in host countries. In most cases, all or most of the expenses are covered for participating IDC members of the association. This mission is sponsored directly by the show organizer Fiera Milano.

Submit your application by May 23, 2025, for an opportunity to explore business ventures and forge new partnerships with interior designers and manufacturers across the globe.
Qualified applicants will be selected and approved by Fiera Milano and invited to attend the trade mission.
Participants receive:
- Flight (economy class) booked through Fiera Milano travel agency
- Hotel accommodation for 4 nights (IN Oct. 16 – OUT Oct. 20) in a 4* hotel
- Transportation from the hotel to the fairground in the morning and back in the evening
- VIP Buyer badge for the entrance to the fair

- Breakfast, lunch & snacks at Fiera Milano in the Buyers Lounge
Participants will need to cover their own travel insurance, extra nights of accommodation, accompanying guests, transfers from and to the airport, dinners, etc.
