The mission will take you to Prague, to the Crystal Valley, a unique glassmaking region in the north of the Czech Republic, and will bring you to Designblok, the Prague International Design Festival, with this year\u2019s topic of Light!<\/p>\n<p>Dates: October 4 \u2013 9, 2026<\/p>\n<p>Locations: Czech Republic &#8211; Prague, Liberec and surroundings<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLScdNoSQjHzyaMLZXoFbXanYzfhL1i0jBIJcevwFDy2xI4rYSA\/viewform\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sign up by July 31<\/a>.<\/strong> Attendance will be subject to a selection process and will be confirmed by organizers.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>What participants receive:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Accommodation, local transport and main meals during the official part of the trade mission are covered by the organizers.<\/li>\n<li>The organizers do not cover flight tickets and additional costs (stay extension, insurance, additional expenses related to travel to the Czech Republic, visa costs if needed, personal expenses etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>PROGRAM OVERVIEW<\/strong><\/span>:<\/p>\n<p>(<em>tentative \u2013 can be subject to change<\/em>)<\/p>\n<p>October 4 \u2013 Individual arrival to Prague, introductory dinner<\/p>\n<p>October 5 \u2013 6 \u2013 Program in Prague:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Program at the Desigblok festival (the largest exhibition of design and fashion in central and eastern Europe) \u2013 Professionals\u2019 Day and meetings with design and architecture studios, conference program Future of Design, Future of Achitecture<\/li>\n<li>Visit to selected showrooms (Bomma, Moser etc.), meeting with Czech and Moravian Glass Cluster, UMPRUM<\/li>\n<li>Tour of Prague, introduction to Czech architecture<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>October 7 \u2013 9 \u2013 Program in Crystal Valley, Liberec Region:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Local architecture, tour of traditional and contemporary glassmaking<\/li>\n<li>LASVIT (Glass House), Glassworks AJETO (Lasvit Group) (LASVIT as a global leader in customized glass and light designs &#8211; produces site-specific glass lighting installations, lighting and glassware collections, and artisanal glass for architecture)<\/li>\n<li>Pa\u010dinek Glass (exterior applications of glass, linked to the movie industry incl.
