{"id":23683,"date":"2026-03-02T09:30:54","date_gmt":"2026-03-02T14:30:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/idcanada.org\/?p=23683"},"modified":"2026-03-02T12:49:48","modified_gmt":"2026-03-02T17:49:48","slug":"strengthening-connections-celebrating-idcs-industry-partners","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/idcanada.org\/fr\/strengthening-connections-celebrating-idcs-industry-partners\/","title":{"rendered":"Strengthening Connections: Celebrating IDC\u2019s Industry Partners"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Interior Designers of Canada (IDC)\u2019s Industry Partnership program creates opportunities for manufacturers and suppliers to build valuable relationships, strengthen connections, and promote their brand within the Canadian interior design community.<\/p>\n<p>IDC offers various Industry Partnership levels, each one designed to provide targeted access based on the partner\u2019s market focus and growth objectives.<\/p>\n<p>In 2025, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.daltile.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Daltile<\/a> rejoined IDC as a National Industry Partner. Over the past year, Daltile has engaged with IDC members through national exposure, online promotion, and event participation that supported direct interaction with designers.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u201cJoining Interior Designers of Canada in 2025 was a natural fit for us as a national manufacturer and distributor of tile, countertops, LVT, and other surface solutions that interior designers rely on every day. Our goal was to strengthen our connection with the design community across the country and better support their project needs.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Throughout the year, our team made it a priority to attend as many IDC events as possible nationwide. The experience exceeded our expectations\u2014the connections were meaningful, the conversations were valuable, and the programming provided real insight into the evolving needs of the design profession in Canada.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>As a National Industry Partner, we\u2019ve also seen a measurable increase in brand awareness and a noticeable rise in inquiries compared to previous years. Based on the strong engagement we experienced and the overwhelmingly positive feedback from our team, renewing our partnership for 2026 was an easy decision.\u201d <\/em>Rick Dumont, Canadian Commercial Sales Manager, Daltile, Marazzi &amp; American Olean<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>This year IDC welcomed <a href=\"https:\/\/www.miele.ca\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Miele<\/a> as a new National Industry Partner.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u201cJoining IDC this year reflects our commitment to strengthening Canada\u2019s design community and supporting the professionals who shape thought provoking and inspiring spaces. We see IDC as a vital platform for collaboration, education, and advocacy- one that elevates design excellence across the country. Through this partnership, Miele A&amp;D Connect looks forward to contributing to IDC\u2019s mission, deepening our engagement with designers nationwide, and supporting the industry through our dedication to quality, longevity, and sustainable design.\u201d <\/em>D\u2019Arcy Pretty, Head of A&amp;D Development, Miele Canada.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>At the regional level, IDC collaborated in 2025 with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alexandriamoulding.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Alexandria Moulding<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.centura.ca\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Centura<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/niemanoutdoorconcepts\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Nieman Outdoor Concepts<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scavolinitoronto.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Scavolini<\/a>. These Regional Partners supported various events, engaged in regional outreach and made direct connections with designers in key markets.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u201cJoining the Interior Designers of Canada marks an exciting step for Alexandria Moulding as we continue to support residential interior designers.
