Interior Designers of Canada (IDC) held its 53rd AGM online on Dec. 9, 2025, which was attended by members across the country.<\/p>\n

The Nominating Committee, chaired by IDC Past President, Jennifer Wiwchar-Fast, issued a call for nominations to the membership in June, for two Director positions.<\/p>\n

Among many qualified applicants, two candidates were announced for endorsement and were unanimously approved by membership. Christine Weber and Carly Norris both from British Columbia were each elected for three-year terms. Congratulations to the IDC board members.<\/p>\n

Following the AGM, Christine Weber was elected IDC President and Paola Marques (from Quebec) was appointed Vice President for the coming year. Congratulations to Christine and Paola on the appointments. Sean Crawford joins the group of exceptional leaders as an IDC Past President and will continue to serve on the board.<\/p>\n
