On June 2, 2025 the Liquor Control Board of Ontario (LBCO) published a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Retail Design Consulting Services RFP 2025-022<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

This RFP is an invitation by the LCBO to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of retail design consulting services for all applicable LCBO Service Locations across Ontario.<\/p>\n

The RFP is available for download through LCBO\u2019s designated tender site, Biddingo.com.\u00a0For information on obtaining a subscription to Biddingo to obtain the RFP document, please go to\u00a0www.biddingo.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Responses must be completed, signed and dated and must be submitted via the Bonfire electronic bidding system at\u00a0https:\/\/lcbo.bonfirehub.ca\/opportunities\/93476<\/a>. Late submissions will not be considered.\u00a0Responses must be in English.<\/p>\n

This procurement may be subject to Chapter 5 of the Canada Free Trade Agreement (\u201cCFTA\u201d) and Chapter 19 of the Comprehensive Economic Trade Agreement (\u201cCETA\u201d).<\/p>\n

The LCBO expects all suppliers to adhere to the LCBO\u2019s Supplier Code of Business Conduct, which is available on the LCBO\u2019s website at Doing Business with the LCBO<\/a>. The Supplier Code sets out principles applicable to all suppliers (including both suppliers of beverage alcohol products and suppliers of non-alcohol goods or services) that wish to establish and maintain a business relationship with the LCBO.<\/p>\n

Term of Contract<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

The term of the agreement is to be for an initial term of two (2) years, commencing on a date to be determined by the LCBO, with options to extend the agreement at the sole discretion of the LCBO, on the same terms and conditions, for up to five (5) additional one (1) year periods.<\/p>\n
