Applications now open for IDC\u2019s Trade Mission to HostMilano 2025.<\/p>\n

HostMilano is the international exhibition dedicated to the world of food service and hospitality taking place Oct. 17 \u2013 21, 2025 in Milan, Italy.<\/p>\n

Now in its 44th edition, HostMilano is an international hub active all year round that brings professionals together, constantly monitors all the sector’s supply chains and consumer styles, presents in-depth analysis of current issues, best practices, international scenarios, produces news and global observatories, organises webinars and events all over the world.<\/p>\n

This year don\u2019t miss Bakery Square<\/em>, a brand-new arena entirely dedicated to the art of baking, where the passion for bread-making comes alive through scents, flours, and fermentations. This special area, created in collaboration with the SIPAN Consortium and other industry associations, will be a go-to destination for professionals and enthusiasts alike, immersed in creativity and cultural buzz.<\/p>\n

High-level competitions, technical and creative workshops, and unique opportunities to learn, share, and challenge oneself will take place here.<\/p>\n

The show is visited by 200,000 professionals in the industry from 171 countries.<\/p>\n

IDC trade missions are funded by international trade agencies and often sponsored in part by manufacturers and suppliers in host countries. In most cases, all or most of the expenses are covered for participating IDC members of the association. This mission is sponsored directly by the show organizer Fiera Milano.<\/p>\n
