IDS would like to engage an interior designer or architect to redesign the 2019 event’s floor plan. The goal is to create a dynamic floor plan that encourages more interaction with exhibitors, dwell time at the event and an enhanced experience for attendees.
Face to face connections are becoming increasingly valuable and the exposition vertical is changing. IDS want to rethink the traditional fair.
Criteria for selection include: ability to meet in person; work within the constraints of the Metro Toronto Convention Centre; ensure the floor plan helps guide attendees through a curated experience; and the ability to comment on enhancements like wayfinding.
