Melissa’s career journey began in the travel industry in the 1990s when she opened the first stores for Flight Centre in Canada. Over nearly a decade, she played a crucial role in expanding Flight Centre’s global presence. During her time there, she gained valuable experience in business operations, marketing, and new business development.

Following her successful career in the travel industry, Melissa shifted her focus to the field of interior design. While she is not a designer herself, Melissa possesses expertise in marketing and operations, offering a unique perspective to creative businesses. She leveraged her experience from running and marketing retail businesses and applied those successes to the world of interior design.
