Presentation Description:
« Community » can be perceived as a physical place or a feeling. In our case, it is both. How do we combine both to really facilitate human interaction in a hybrid world? This webinar will take a deep dive into the important considerations for human social interaction, how to create a sense of belonging, and how to foster a sense of team cohesiveness – and making all of these fluid across the virtual and in-person experience. Attendees will gain a deeper understanding of important considerations for social interactions, gain a roadmap of important elements to include in both in-person and virtual communities, and how creating a community helps participating individuals achieve the business drivers of an organization.
