IDC Trade Mission to Italy – HOSTMilano 2025

Host Milano is the world exhibition dedicated to the foodservice and hospitality sector, a global event for the Ho.re.ca and foodservice industry.

With over 2, 000 exhibitors, Host features the best and most innovative international suppliers of machines, equipment, furnishings, contract, complements, semi-finished products and technologies for these sectors:

– Foodservice equipment, Bakery, Pizza, Pasta

– Coffe, Tea, Bar, coffee machines, vending, gelato, pastry, bakery.

– Furniture, technology, tableware.

New this year – visit Bakery Square, an arena entirely dedicated to the art of baking, where the passion for bread-making comes alive through scents, flours, and fermentations. High-level competitions, technical and creative workshops, and unique opportunities to learn, share, and challenge oneself will take place here.

The show is visited by 200,000 professionals in the industry from 171 countries.

IDC trade missions are funded by international trade agencies and often sponsored in part by manufacturers and suppliers in host countries. In most cases, all or most of the expenses are covered for participating IDC members of the association.

Submit your application by May 23, 2025 for an opportunity to explore business ventures and forge new partnerships with interior designers and manufacturers across the globe.

Qualified applicants will be selected and approved by Fiera Milano and invited to attend the trade mission.

Participants receive:

• Flight (economy class or low cost) booked through Fiera Milano travel agency
• Hotel accommodation for 4 nights in a 4*hotel
• Transportation from the hotel to the fairground in the morning and back in the evening
• VIP Buyer badge for the entrance to the fair
• Access to the VIP Buyers Lounge with free Wi-Fi
• Breakfast, lunch & snacks at Fiera Milano in the Buyers Lounge

Participants will need to cover their own travel insurance, extra nights of accommodation, accompanying guests, transfers from and to the airport, dinners, etc.
