Likewise, a deep dive into the relationships of the colour wheel is illustrated through dynamic and sophisticated colour combinations and how they bring interest and impact to interiors. This exploration of colour culminates in a look at the process, concepts, and points of inspiration that influenced the development of the Colour Trends 2024 palette.

• Review the colour wheel and complementary colour schemes, and understand how dynamic and sophisticated colour combinations can be designed using principles of colour theory.
• Understand the origins of highlighted pigments from each colour family and cultural associations attached to different colours.
• Increase awareness of colour use in various parts of the world and how this contributes to the character and landscape of highlighted geographic areas.
• Within each colour family, learn about colour-focused examples that relate to colour relationships and creative use of colour.
