Dayna Bradley
President, TPL Lighting
Dayna is President at TPL Lighting, a lighting agency serving the GTA. As a top performing Executive Leader offering 25+ years of experience modernizing business operations, transforming internal work cultures, and driving sales through business development, Dayna is responsible for setting the strategy for TPL, driving new business to the agency, and having oversight for all operations of the business.
Prior to joining TPL, Dayna enjoyed over 20 years in the commercial furniture industry where she achieved great success leading Canada’s largest Haworth dealership. Recognized as an influential change leader, Dayna brings her robust business acumen and expert communication skills to TPL. She is comfortable challenging the status quo, shaking things up, and pushing people outside of their comfort zones to innovate for great results.
As a hands-on mentor who builds best-in-class teams, Dayna’s personality and leadership style foster open communication as she creates inclusive, empowered, and collaborative work environments. Dayna currently sits as co-chair of the ROI Program for ARIDO, is a member of ARIDO’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee, a member of Toronto CREW, and is an advocate for women and girls with her involvement in the Canadian Women’s Foundation.
Mahesh Babooram
Co-Founder and CEO, Ojiibik
Mahesh Babooram is the co-founder of Ojiibik, a First Nation, minority, woman-owned Teknion dealership in Toronto, Ontario. A dedicated professional and design-focused thinker, Mahesh continually seeks innovative ways to achieve excellence in both his personal and professional life. Drawing inspiration from Interface founder Ray Anderson, he envisions a new standard for how a furniture dealer operates, challenging industry norms and pushing boundaries in the marketplace.
Mahesh has provided leadership in numerous industry initiatives, including the ARIDO ROI Charity Initiative since its inception in 2013, the ARIDO Golf Tournament, and the ARIDO GTA Student Committee. He is currently the co-chair of ARIDO’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee.
Known for his hands-on approach and problem-solving skills. His leadership style promotes open communication, inclusivity, and collaboration, fostering empowered and innovative teams.

Carrie is a Certified Diversity Professional®, Certified Diversity Recruiter®, Certified Workplace Wellness Coach, and regulated HR professional who brings 20+ years of corporate and senior leadership experience to her role as a fractional executive and the Founder & Principal of Carrie Burd Consulting.
In addition to running her consulting firm, she serves on the Board of Directors for the Jean Augustine Centre for Young Women’s Empowerment, is an Associate of Niagara Institute and Nexus Coaching Professionals, and a proud executive mentor with the Rosie Mentoring Program. She is also a speaker and contributing writer for US and Canadian-based think tanks, magazines and websites.
