IDC’s Nominating Committee, chaired by clinton hummel, Past President, IDC, is currently seeking candidates to stand for nomination to the IDC Board for the following positions:
Director at Large – nine (9) positions (three one-year terms, three two-year terms and three three-year terms).
IDC Nominations Policy, Eligibility Guidelines and Representation Policy all outline a number of requirements to be met for the positions noted.

What is the commitment? The IDC Board is required to meet a minimum of four times annually, face-to-face or via teleconference. In addition to your Board commitment, you may have additional committee work or you may be asked to review materials and provide occasional feedback.
