Tell us about your company
Excel Dryer is a family-owned and operated manufacturer of high-speed, energy-efficient hand dryers based in East Longmeadow, Massachusetts. For more than 50 years, we’ve developed innovative hand drying solutions that help commercial facilities create cleaner, more sustainable and cost-effective washroom environments.
Our XLERATOR® Hand Dryer revolutionized the industry by introducing high-speed, energy-efficient hand drying technology, and we’ve continued to build on that innovation with products that combine performance, hygiene and design.
Today, we work with architects, interior designers and facility professionals worldwide to provide customizable hand drying solutions that complement their design vision while meeting the functional needs of modern commercial spaces.
What new product would you like to announce to IDC members?
We’re excited to introduce IDC members to the XLERATORsync Hand Dryer, an innovative sink-mounted hand drying solution that brings together form, function and sustainability to elevate the commercial washroom experience.
Designed to integrate directly into the sink deck alongside touchless soap and water fixtures, XLERATORsync allows users to wash, rinse and dry their hands all in one place. Its unique reverse-airflow technology directs air and water back into a compatible sink basin, helping keep surrounding surfaces and floors cleaner and drier.
For interior designers, XLERATORsync offers a sleek, streamlined fixture that complements a wide range of commercial washroom aesthetics. With customizable finishes, adjustable speed and sound controls, and electrostatic HEPA (eHEPA®) filtration options, it allows designers to prioritize both appearance and performance.
XLERATORsync also supports sustainable design goals by eliminating single-use paper towel waste and reducing the associated maintenance and operating costs. It has Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) and Health Product Declarations (HPDs) that provide valuable information for professionals specifying more sustainable building products.
From hospitality and corporate offices to educational and high-traffic commercial environments, XLERATORsync offers a thoughtful approach to designing washrooms that look as good as they perform.
