She holds a Master’s Degree in Facility Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design. Throughout her career\, Cindy has consulted on hundreds of interior design and facility management projects\, helping clients maximize the value of their real estate assets. \nIn 2015\, Cindy founded Rodych Integrated Design Inc. (RIDI)\, a multidisciplinary firm specializing in Interior Design\, Facility Management Consulting\, and Graphic Design. RIDI operates in both prime consultant and sub-consultant roles across a diverse range of projects. \nCindy has received numerous design-related awards for her work. In 2021\, she was honored with the Kit Tuveson International Award for Facility Management Consulting. \nStephen Masterson; Director; tp bennet   \nStephen joined tp bennett in 2016 as Client Development Director\, collaborating with interior design teams to expand the firm’s presence across specialist workplace projects. \nWith a background in furniture & product design\, he began his career at a charity supporting design graduates before leading marketing and sales for a leading product design consultancy. He then worked as a business development manager for a renowned London design practice. \nStephen later gained extensive experience in the fit-out market at two architectural firms\, targeting client and projects across the UK\, Europe\, Africa\, and the Middle East. At tp bennett\, he focuses on strengthening client relationships and driving growth across multiple sectors and geographies. \nNorman Liedke; Executive Chairman; Meyer Design \nOver more than 40 years at Meyer\, Executive Chairman Norman Liedtke has grown Meyer to be one of the top respected architecture and design firms in the country. As a successful and strategic business entrepreneur\, Norman has cultivated an Executive Leadership Team focused on people\, relationships\, and design. \nMuch of the firm’s success can be attributed to long term\, high level relationships within the real estate and development industry. In 2000\, when project management was just beginning to enter the lexicon of the corporate real estate market\, Norman co-founded project management firm NorthStar Advisors. He and his partner later exited the business and sold to the management team. \nIn 2011\, Norman co-founded One Global Design\, an alliance of over 22 design firms around the globe\, in order to better serve Meyer’s national and international client base and enhance our access to and collaboration with similar design firms. \n  \nREGISTER
