DESCRIPTION:NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF MEMBERS OF \nThe Interior Designers Institute of British Columbia (“IDIBC”) \nThe Board of Directors of IDIBC hereby gives notice that the Annual General Meeting of IDIBC will be held by electronic means as an online videoconference in British Columbia\, on the 10th day of June\, 2021\, at the hour of 5:00 p.m. PST to 7:00 p.m. PST\, for the following purposes: \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTo receive the year-end financial statements of IDIBC for the period of January 1 to December 31\, 2020.\nPresentation of any ordinary or special resolutions requiring member consent.\nElection of nominated Directors to the Board of Management.\nTo transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRegistration prior to the AGM is required for all members. Registration information will be used to record Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for Intern and Registered members as well as verify member eligibility to vote. All members in good standing are entitled to attend the Annual General Meeting. In accordance with IDIBC Bylaws\, only Registered members are entitled to vote on resolutions. \n5:00 p.m. – Guest Speaker: \nMelina Scholefield\, P.Eng.\, Manager\, Green Infrastructure Implementation\, City of Vancouver \nSee description below. \n5:45 p.m. – Official AGM start \nEach member must register their name prior to the AGM.
