First day @ MIFF 2025
• Morning: Opening Ceremony and free show visit
• VIP networking luncheon provided by MIFF
• Afternoon: B2B meetings with exhibitors
• Evening: VIP invitation @ the WELCOME RECEPTION

MARCH 2
Second day @ MIFF 2025
• Morning: B2B meetings or Conference
• Projects Presentations/Panel
• VIP networking luncheon provided by MIFF
• Afternoon: B2B meetings with exhibitors
• Evening: VIP invitation @ MIFF BUYERS NIGHT

MARCH 3
Third day @ MIFF 2025
• Morning: B2B meetings or Conference
• Projects Presentations/Panel

• Afternoon: B2B meetings with exhibitors
• Evening: IDC Dinner in the City

MARCH 4 or 5
Departure from Kuala Lumpur

1. Delegates are free to arrive earlier and leave later from Kuala Lumpur at their own expense
2. Flights are reimbursed from anywhere in Canada, with a cap of $1,500 USD
3. Four nights at Seri Pacific or Sunway Putra Hotels in Kuala Lumpur provided by MIFF
