IDC Trade Mission to IFEX 2025

An Indonesia B-to-B event in March designed for the furniture and craft key player, which will bring together, under one roof, showcase for more than 3.000+ products from different materials, also a melting pot for the business ecosystem from interior designer, product designer, furniture enthusiast, all trader and exporters.

Departure from Canada

Arrival in Jakarta
• Airport pickup provided by IFEX
• Transfer to Hotel Holiday Inn Jakarta Kemayoran Hotel

MARCH 6
First day @ IFEX25: Show visit – B2B meetings
• Morning: Show visit – B2B Meeting
• VIP networking luncheon provided by IFEX
• Afternoon: Show visit – B2B Meeting

MARCH 7
Second day @ IFEX25: Show visit – B2B meetings
• VIP luncheon provided by IFEX at International Buyers Lounge
• Afternoon: The Marketplace Soirée: A casual afternoon of business networking at the International Buyers Lounge

MARCH 8
Departure from Jakarta
• Airport transfer provided by MIFF
The show runs until March 9, delegates are welcome to stay longer at the show and in the hotel at their own expense, but airport transfers are guaranteed only until March 9.

NOTES:
1. Delegates are free to arrive earlier and leave later from Jakarta at their own expense
2. Flights will be reimbursed from anywhere in Canada in any class, with a cap of $1,000 USD
3. Three (3) hotel nights in Jakarta at the Holiday Inn Jakarta Kemayoran Hotel provided by IFEX
4. Airport transfers will be provided on March 5 and March 8 or 9
