IDC Trade Mission to Belgium

IDC invites members to apply to attend the Trade Mission to Belgium taking place March 16-20, 2026.

This trade mission is organized in collaboration with IDC-Home and Flanders Investment and Trade.

Delegates will get insight into contemporary trends and traditions in Belgian furniture manufacturing, furniture for commercial and residential use, current Belgian design trends, as well as guided tours of Belgian architecture.

Participants receive: 

• Accommodation, local transport, and meals during the official part of the trade mission.
• Flights reimbursed up to $320 CAD

Additional costs (insurance, additional expenses related to travel to Belgium, visa costs if needed, personal expenses, etc.) will not be covered.
