Tracy Hazzard, CEO & Co-Founder, Podetize

Tracy is the CEO and Co-Founder of Podetize, the largest (and only female-owned and led) podcast production technology company in the industry serving independent podcasters and networks. For three decades, the Rhode Island School of Design alum has been applying design principles and process to everything she touches: designing mass market textiles, products, and furniture, as well as, creating collaborative Human-Guided AI workflows that honor the voices of thought leaders and original creators while innovating social and mass media content syndication technologies. As Brand & Product Strategist working with recognized retail brands like Costco, Staples, Target, Better Homes & Gardens, and Martha Stewart Living, Tracy Hazzard has designed, sourced, and launched 250+ consumer products and co-invented 40 patents generating over $2 Billion for her own companies and her clients. Her bionomic designs and sustainable material research for contract furnishing design-leader, Herman Miller led to the first color, material, and finish line overhaul since Alexander Girard created the CMF program in the 1970s.
