About Us
Dexign Matter Studio is an award-winning interior design firm specializing in luxury residential, hospitality, retail, and commercial projects. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a creative, driven, and results-oriented Marketing Manager to strengthen our brand, generate new business opportunities, and support the studio’s ongoing growth.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Coordinate with external consultants for SEO, digital marketing, and advertising initiatives.
• Create engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, case studies, and email campaigns.
• Manage and update the company website and social media platforms.
• Prepare submissions for design awards, publications, and media opportunities.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
• Perform outreach and cold calling to prospective clients and industry partners.
• Coordinate participation in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
• Track marketing performance, website analytics, and lead generation metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in architectural and interior design is required.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, social media, and content creation.
• Excellent English communication and writing skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Mandarin and/or Cantonese is an asset.
