COMMERCIAL PANEL – Architecting The Modern Retail Experience: From the Shop Floor to the Customer’s Door
In this dynamic, fast-paced session, retail strategist and top global retail industry thought leader Michael LeBlanc sets the stage with a keynote on the State of Retail Today—exploring how modern retail is being redefined by bifurcation of strategy & choice, why the “boring middle” is where brands go to fade away and that retail stores are at the centre of a modern successful retail strategy.

Together they’ll explore how retailers are re-architecting the store experience—from the associate’s perspective to the customer’s journey—and what it takes to design spaces that truly perform.
